Construction volume in Estonia grew by 18 percent compared to the last year

A significant growth was observed in the construction market of Estonia. The volume of construction works both in Estonia and abroad increased by 18% compared to the same period last year. In the domestic market of Estonia construction growth is 25%. According to the estimates of the Statistics Department, this growth in monetary terms amounts to 627 million euros.

A demand for high quality accommodation in good urban areas remains in Estonia. Half of new living accommodations are built in Tallinn, the Estonian capital. Apartment blocks in prime locations are the most profitable construction sites.
