Aseri Sadam company, which owns the terminal project with four berths, is ready to begin construction in the port of Muuga. Sillamäe and Kunda ports are located near the planned site of construction of the new terminal in Muuga. However, it does not stop the developers: representatives of Aseri Sadam believe that the new port will shorten the transport chain and will be in demand.
Aseri Sadam plans to spend 50 mln Euro on the construction, the firm hopes to get extra money from investors. The company begins searching for enterprises interested in the construction of port terminals, logistics centres and production plants. Aseri Sadam company intends to start building the factory of concrete elements after the start of the terminal construction and acting as production workers and as a company, which develops the port.
Now Aseri Sadam, in addition to seeking investors, solves organizational issues about constructible surface with representatives of the Azersk district administration. The representative of Azersk district thinks that the question of the new port construction is almost solved.
