Estonian e-commerce will make life easier
Publishedо 19 March, 2021
To support entrepreneurs in the difficult conditions of the crisis, the Estonian Tax and Customs Department has created a simplified system for paying taxes for online stores that sell their products to other EU countries. The changes in the legislation will come into force on July 1.
The new rules of operation for e-commerce will allow you to make all the necessary payments once in the tax system of Estonia, and then the Tax and Customs Department will independently distribute the necessary amounts between the EU states to which the goods were sold. You can get acquainted with the changes in the video courses, which will be available online at the end of March.
