Kookon company as a creator of the first “smart” warehouses in Estonia is satisfied with the success of the new application and looks for new partners to expand business. The impetus for creating a “smart” warehouse technology was the lack of small rooms at the real estate market, which could be used to store things or as small private workshops etc. You can manage “smart” warehouses using a specially developed application that enables to have surveillance over the territory, control temperature, moisture and lightning in the warehouse.

Kookon warehouses are now unable to compete by the demand level with the major office and warehouse complexes in view of their offer novelty. However, low rental fee should provide this type of commercial real estate with its position at the market. The developers of the technology are currently looking for partners willing to provide their own lands for construction of “smart” warehouses, to take financial or any other participation in the project.
