Aquaphor, one of the largest Russian companies for the production of sorbents and water filters, agreed on a joint project with the Estonian investment Agency EAS to expand production capacity in the cities of Ida-Viru County.

At the moment, there are aquaphor warehouses and small units for the production of spare modules for household filters in Narva and Sillamae. It is planned to create new production facilities and a logistics center for finished products delivery with additional investments of more than 20 million euros from the Concern and 1 million euros from the EAS. Representatives of the investment agency note that more than 80% of aquaphor products are exported from Estonia, so EAS plans to continue to support the company's initiatives. This stimulates the growth of value-added products production and increase in the number of jobs.

Thus, the Estonian division of Westaqua-Invest OU will receive additional 250 jobs and support from government agencies for the period of 2 years.
