Today Tallinna Sadam, the largest port organization in Estonia, is going to issue more than 250 million shares on the stock exchange. The company fulfilled all the necessary conditions the day before.

According to the results of the initial placement and stock subscription, which was opened at the end of May, the Ministry of economy and communications fixed the share price at 1.7 euros. It is noted that this figure was the result of increased interest in the company and almost reached the maximum of the pre-established range of prices. Almost 30% of the shares eventually were transferred to the Estonian investors, including several pension funds.

Tallinna Sadam company includes the passenger port of the Old city, the largest cargo port of Muuga in Estonia, as well as 3 other small terminals.
