The Estonian startup company Veriff began to attract investors to expand its business and develop a new web application to ensure the security of small and medium-sized businesses.

Veriff participated in a business conference organized by Y Combinator, one of the Silicon Valley foundations. The company supports small firms working in the field of information technology, helps to develop a new product and find investors. The main product of the Estonian developers is the identity processing programs, which are widely used in various payment systems. Currently, more than 40 organizations around the world use Veriff services.

Participation in the conference allowed the Estonian company to draw attention to its developments of larger business players, including financial enterprises, stock markets and e-Commerce sites. The total volume of investments has already amounted to almost 8.5 million dollars. The new development will integrate the security system into the payment protocol and quickly identify the payer through the Internet-programs and mobile applications.
