A young company Fleetrange, developing IT-solutions to improve the efficiency of Maritime transport, will be responsible for the development of the technological base. The vessel is equipped with a system of many sensors calibrated to read various parameters with high accuracy, including pressure and wind force, as well as analyzing video information. The obtained data are analyzed taking into account the developments of specialists from the Finnish University Aalto-universitetet.

Testing of the ESA-funded development will be carried out on the vessel Tallink Megastar – the first ferry of the Estonian company operating on liquefied gas. It is expected that the project will make it possible to automate and protect traffic in the Baltic sea, as well as to increase the economic efficiency of transportation.
