Since January 9, the restrictions imposed by the EU Council Regulation No. 2022/1904 of 06.10.2022 have come into force, according to which the list of goods originating from the territory of Russia, prohibited for import into EU countries, is significantly expanded.

Now companies and individuals are prohibited from crossing the border with goods containing cigarettes, decorative cosmetics and skin care products, shampoos and styling products, clothing and shoes, packaging materials, tools and construction materials, as well as a wide range of chemical components.

European importers are advised to carefully check the list of shipped goods, as the sanctions also affected paper products, 84 and 85 groups.
