Liisa Oviir, minister of entrepreneurship of Estonia, says that decrease of Estonia’s export indices in January this year compared with the same period in 2015 is related to the world economic instability and tight situation of active eastern partners – Finland and Russia. Dependence on Ericsson company which makes 10% of all Estonia’s export is also important to indices decrease.

At the same time import to Estonia increased 2%, and Estonian entrepreneurs continue seeking for new beneficial partnerships and growing their business without giving way to pessimism about present economic conditions in the country. According to Estonian experts the currant export and import balance of all goods and services in the aggregate still remains in the black.
