On June 30 Estonian state-owned port operator AS Tallinna Sadam confirmed the construction of the LNG terminal in Estonian Muuga port that will receive and store liquefied natural gas transported by sea transport.
Extension of sanctions means a new embargo list

The heads of foreign ministers - members of the European Union - passed a resolution to increase the period of sanctions on Russia until January 31, 2016. In response to that Russia will provide an additional list of goods with embargo. 
The Council of the European Union is unhappy with Russia's ban on Latvian and Estonian fish products

According to the Minister of Agriculture of Latvia Janis Duklavs the ban is too strict, it should be applicable prior to addressing the causes only to those companies where inconsistencies were revealed, but not to the industry of the country completely.
