Estonian dairy group Tere on the verge of bankruptcy

According to information publication Postimees, management of dairy group Tere will soon be obliged to take a decision to sell the company, because it can not pay any debtswhich exceeded 53 million euros by the end of 2014.
In the past 2015 the company failed to settle with the banks for loans, and now it can be faced bankruptcy. Shares of the Tere Group are pledged to the lenders, so the company can not sell them without the consent of the bank. The enterprise selling is also up in the air, because Tere chargesa very high price. However, interested buyers are still there, and they are waiting for the price reduction.
Management of the Group does not comment on the situation, considering the relationship with the banks as confidential business information.
