Industrial production of Estonia increased by 15%

According to ERR informational portal with the reference to Statistics Department, Estonian industrial enterprises manufactured 15% more in March of the current year than in the same period of the last year. The growth in indices of the industrial sector was influenced by the increase in production volumes of wood industry, manufacture of metal products and electrical equipment. The mining and energy sectors also showed the growth in production volumes.

Export indices of Estonia increased by 11% in March of 2017 in comparison with March of 2016, while 69% of industrial products of Estonian production were sold at the external market.
