The port of Muuga is selling equipment
Avaldatud 21. august 2018.a.
Estonia's largest port corporation Tallinna Sadam has auctioned a new offer for the sale of the Muuga port equipment. The price had to be reduced almost twice.

Technological equipment of the coal terminal of the port, including stackers, ship loaders, communication system, belt conveyors and so on, is offered for sale. The price tag, announced in early August, was 3.8 million euros. Since then, the proposal has not received a proper response, which led to a reduction in the cost almost twice. The deadline for applications for the new auction is August 24.

The operator, who previously worked at the coal terminal of the Muuga port, went bankrupt last year, and Tallinna Sadam began searching for a new tenant. It was MPG AgroProduction, a company created by European investors, planning to build a specialized complex for processing oilseeds in the port area. Future retooling of the site requires pre-clearance.
